Interboro gets in win column behind McNamee, Huddell

Gina McNamee scored 15 points and Amber Huddell registered 10 points and nine rebounds to lead Interboro to its first victory of the season, a 46-23 rout of West Chester East.

Girls High 27, Chichester 21 >> Lauren Caraffa had eight points for the Eagles (3-4).

In the Inter-Ac:

Notre Dame 53, Penn Charter 35 >> Caitlyn Clark (nine points, seven assists), Kristen Rogers (13 points, nine rebounds) and Casey Walsh (11 points, six rebounds) led the way for the Irish (6-1, 3-0).

In the Ches-Mont League:

Sun Valley 43, Unionville 41 >> Kate Lannon had eight of her game-high 20 points in the fourth quarter as the Vanguards (5-3, 2-1) went home with a well-earned victory.

Ally Giannakarios made a big free throw down the stretch and Maya Jackson tossed in 10 points for Sun Valley.

In the Bicentennial League:

Delco Christian 66, MaST Charter 24 >> Siani McNeil sparked the Knights (5-2, 2-2) with 27 points, five blocks and three steals.  Shirley Piotrowski added 12 points.
