Harriton girls’ tennis nets decisive victory vs. Marple Newtown

Harriton lost a total of one game in its most decisive victory this season in a 7-0 Central League win against Marple-Newtown Wednesday.  The first doubles team of Sonia Groeneveld and Gabrielle Kontra won 6-0, 6-1, while Nina Hoog, Sofia Kandoussi and Lauren Binnion won at first, second and third singles, all sets 6-0.  Sophia Kontra and Nell Jones and the team of Eva Blagovic and Caroline Bluestein won at second and third doubles, not losing a game.  Marple-Newtown forefited the fourth doubles match.
