Haseltine hits, pitches TCA to win

Brit Haseltine pitched a complete game and belted a three-run home run to lift The Christian Academy to a 14-4 win over Pilgrim Academy in the Tri-State Christian Athletic Conference.

Nick Scott went 4-for-4 with two doubles and three RBIs and Shacor Tyler slammed a two-run single to spark the host Crusaders (5-7, 5-5) to their fifth straight victory.

Jake Sitkowski smacked a double in support of Haseltine, who struck out six as the Crusaders put the opposition away with 10 runs in the third inning.
