DiGalbo unhittable in Bonner-Prendie’s win
Collin DiGalbo had plenty of gas left in the tank Monday. But for Bonner-Prendergast, discretion was the better part of valor to start a busy, season-defining week.
DiGalbo no-hit Cardinal O’Hara for six innings Monday, striking out nine Lions and needing just 79 pitches, but he gave way for Evan Raiburn to finish off the no-no and seal a 7-0 Catholic League win.
It’s the third time this season that O’Hara has been no-hit.
Richie Tecco went 2-for-3 with two runs scored, Billy Myers collected two hits and scored two runs and Alex Brady drove in a run to go with two hits for Bonner-Prendie (11-7, 6-5).
