Levy, Savage stay unbeaten as O’Hara rolls

No. 2 Gabriella Levy and No. 3 Caitlin Savage kept their undefeated streaks alive in the Cardinal O’Hara tennis team’s 5-0 victory over St. Hubert Wednesday.

Levy battled to a 6-2, 7-5 win while Savage took care of business 6-0, 6-0. Top player Allison Salmon was also victorious in straight sets for the Lions (7-2, 5-0 Catholic League).

In doubles action, the teams of Colleen Callahan and Cara Degnan and Olivia Ayers and Melanie Anderson stayed unbeaten for the year.

In nonleague play:

Notre Dame 7, Hill School 0: Grace Leasure, Meredith Hughes, Anne Marie Crinnion and Caroline Mckay led a clean sweep for the Irish.
