McGee’s wins OT thriller for Upper Darby
Kerrianne McGee’s second goal of the game off a pass from Bridget Johnson 30 seconds into overtime led Upper Darby to a 3-2 nonleague win over Interboro.
McGee added an assist to go with her two goals, and Jessica Hagan had a goal, an assist and a day of solid defense for Upper Darby (2-3).
Kinjal Patel and Rosalia Murphy scored for Interboro.
In other nonleague action:
Merion Mercy 3, Strath Haven 0: Caroline Boyd made 17 saves on a busy afternoon, but she allowed three goals as the Panthers (4-2) took the loss.
Jamie Natale, Kayley Kyle and Kelly Goggin scored for Merion Mercy.
Episcopal Academy 7, Archbishop Carroll 0: Margaux Paolino and Corrine Zanolli paired two goals with an assist each to lead the Churchwomen in a dominant showing.
Maddie Bacskai scored to go along with two assists, and Rachael Farmer made two saves for EA.
