Gabrielle Perrotto’s go-ahead goal in the 77th minute proved to be the game-winner as Phoenixville held on to down Pottsgrove, 2-1.

With the win, Phoenixville captures its third straight Pioneer Athletic Conference Frontier Division title and will face Liberty Division runner-up Owen J. Roberts on Tuesday in Final Four semifinal action.

Mary Michaud accounted for the Phantoms’s opening goal, finishing off a cross in from Perrotto, while Becca Delp scored Pottsgrove’s lone goal.

Hannah Sands had four saves in goal for Phoenixville, while Erin Carroll picked up six saves for the Falcons in the losing effort.
