Ciminera leads defense as O’Hara rolls over Parkland

Midfield defender Anna Ciminera wreaked havoc as Cardinal O’Hara rolled to a 19-5 nonleague victory over Parkland.

The Temple commit recorded seven draw controls, picked up seven ground balls, caused four turnovers, made two interceptions and handed out one assist. Defenders Kristen Kutufaris and Carly Smith (U.C. Davis) also were solid. Kutufaris had one interception, one caused turnover and one ground ball while Smith posted two ground balls and one caused turnover.

Ellie Miller paced the attack with five goals and four assists. Clair Natoli (Jacksonville commit) added four goals, two assists, four draw controls, two ground balls and two caused two turnovers. Lexi Culp (Temple) and Claire Kutufaris (one assist) pitched in with two goals each.
