Senior night game for Perkiomen Valley. Senior Co-Captain Cristina Dougherty (LaSalle commit) netted both goals on some stellar stick work and it was the all around quality play by the entire PV team that wore down a determined Bears team. Anna Dawson (D1 Lax commit to William & Mary)  was the dominant player between the 25’s. Senior Co-Captain Saige Shine (Millersville commit) along with junior Lauren Keyte kept Boyertown trapped inside their 50 the entire 4th quarter and generated the big push at the end that helped force OT. Senior Kaci Shelton was like a vacuum cleaner on the backline scooping up balls left and right the entire second half. Seniors Sophia Giangreco (Ithaca commit) and Marie Lindberger played very well up front creating pressure and turnovers. And senior goalie Ashley Derrick (Susquehanna commit) came up big with some huge saves in
the first half to keep it at 0-0 heading into halftime. PV improved to 5-3-1.
