Pio’s OT goal boosts Strath Haven boys past Haverford

Ibo Pio scored the winning goal in overtime to lift Strath Haven to a 10-9 Central League boys lacrosse victory over Haverford.

Ethan Belville registered six goals and assisted on Pio’s game-winner.

Jackson Gowie paced the Fords with four goals and John Scheivert notched a hat trick and an assist.

Radnor 12, Penncrest 3 >> Jackson Birtwistle powered the Raiders with two goals and three assists. Jaden Goldenstein, John Austen and Damien Ramondo added two goals apiece and Patrick Cullen won 10 of 13 faceoffs.

In nonleague action:

Springfield 13, North Penn 5 >> Colin Hopkins posted a hat trick and fished out an assist for the Cougars, who led 10-0 at halftime. Jack Spence recorded two goals and two assists, while Jack Clark tossed in a goal and three assists.
