Manassen Small had a game-high 19 points for Phelps, which erased Perkiomen’s 12-9 first-quarter lead en route to posting a 30-25 advantage prior to the fourth. Perkiomen had its own trio of double-figure scorers, Ja’ren Hampton and Aidan O’Brien each netting 12 while Martynas Simanavicius adding 11.
