The Hornets scored the winning run in the top of the ninth inning to edge the Blue Demons. Brandon Tomasulo had four hits and two runs batted in to pace Oxford (9-10). Mike Weber added two hits, including a home run, and Hunter Hall had three hits for the Hornets. Matt Kelly belted four hits for Kennett (3-15).
