Spring-Ford capitalized on PJP’s starter with a four-run first inning and starter Jake Zoller and closer Patrick McMahon made the lead stand up in a PAC-10 win.
Zoller allowed three hits and one run in six innings before McMahon finished it out, allowing a single run in the 7th to stop PJP’s rally.
Offensively, Conor Larkin had a hit and two RBI for Spring-Ford.
PJP reliever Jimmy Roskos performed admirably, finishing out the first inning and going 5 1/3 innings, allowing no runs and one hit.
