The junior forward played a key role in the Pioneers capturing the District 1 6A boys’ basketball title, averaging 11 ppg, 6 rpg, 3 apg and 1 spg and shooting 52 percent from the field this season. He turned his game up a notch in the district semifinal and championship final, averaging 16 points and six rebounds in those contests.
