Meryn Primanti’s goal with 3:53 to go in overtime delivered OJR a thrilling win over Spring-Ford, keeping the Wildcats unbeaten in PAC Liberty play. Fiona Sanders assisted on the game-winner and Devon King pitched a shutout in goal.
Perkiomen Valley 2, Boyertown 1
Adrianna Corropolese’s goal 9:05 into the second half broke a 1-1 tie and led Perk Valley to a big PAC victory over Boyertown. Brianna Young assisted on the game-winner for the Vikings, and Giavanna Marciano scored the team’s first goal. Harper Glennon registered Boyertown’s lone goal. Anna Mecouch had 10 saves in goal for PV, while Ciera Cameron posted 11 of her own in the loss.
Pope John Paul II 8, Pottstown 0
PJP improved to 7-0 overall and 5-0 in PAC Frontier play with a dominant 8-0 victory at Pottstown. The Golden Panthers got two goals from Mirianna Michinok and one score apiece from Aubrey Delpha, Anna Kost, Casey Schuler, Jennifer Todd, Olivia Rubinich and Camryn Love. Brinley Steele and Mia Cathcart teamed up for the shutout in goal.

Lilah O’Donnell, Stella Malinowski, Grace Polak and Reese Thompson all scored for the goal-happy Phantoms in Monday’s shutout victory over Pottsgrove.

Norristown’s red-hot offense stayed hot to start the week, getting goals from five different players: Steve Ruiz, Luis Zavala, Ishmel Kromah, Colin Harrington and Joseph Castillo. Ariel Boguetty made four saves in the win. Sean Bowers scored the Warriors’ lone tally, and Cole Webb came up with seven saves.

Thiago Berney recorded the lone goal of an exciting PAC battle off an assist by Brenden Read. The goal was facilitated thanks to a strong hustle play from Albab Azam. Andrew Wible came up with several clutch saves in goal in the second half to earn a clean sheet as the Rams dealt the Wildcats their first league loss of the season.
Phoenixville 5, Upper Perkiomen 1
Brody White erupted for four goals as Phoenixville claimed a big win in a clash of two of the PAC Frontier’s best to start the season. Connor Northcott added a goal and an assist for the Phantoms, who also got two assists from Ryan Jacobson. Ryan Lang registered three goals in the victory. Brae Jerrom came away with Upper Perk’s lone tally.

This hard-fought PAC battle belonged to both goaltenders as Jacob Geddes (six saves) and Jake Musselman (four saves) both produced clean sheets in a scoreless affair.

After six straight losses to open the season, the Golden Panthers claimed their second consecutive win after narrowly edging the Falcons in a PAC Frontier battle.

Phoenixville remained unbeaten in PAC Frontier play on Monday, improving to 5-0 in league play and 8-2 overall in a convincing shutout over Upper Merion. The Phantoms got three goals from Kylie Moore and two each from Bridget Kelly and Margaret Daly. Daly, Kelly, Megan Cahill and Sara Barlow chipped in assists in the winning effort.

Marissa Cagliola’s two goals and one assist led the charge in a big PAC win for Spring-Ford. Kala Pence also scored for the Rams, who also got an assist from Aubrey Grossman in the win. Spring-Ford got 10 saves in goal in a shutout victory for Norah Kirsch.
Methacton 2, Owen J. Roberts 1
Adriana Hopple’s first-half goal staked Methacton to a 1-0 halftime lead, and Carmela Maro’s score after the break proved to be the difference-maker in a hard-fought PAC win. Lea DeWan had an assist for the Warriors, and Maddie McKenney registered seven saves in goal. Evie Wolters scored off an assist from Avery Taylor for the Wildcats, and Jazz Campbell posted seven saves in goal in the loss.

Jaina Strunk struck with the game’s first goal three minutes into the opening quarter and Jodi Butler added a third-quarter tally as the Falcons blanked Norristown on Monday.

Phoenixville got off to a hot start and ultimately held off Pottstown in a PAC Frontier showdown. Ryleigh Galbreath and Grace Pisarcik each had three kills and two aces, and Samantha Perillo added three kills and six aces of her own in the win. Gianna Buce chipped in five kills and eight digs and Kristen Brown posted three kills and seven aces for the Phantoms.
Spring-Ford 3, Methacton 0 (25-19, 25-13, 25-22)
Lauren Angelucci led the way for the Rams with 15 kills, two blocks and two digs, and Elle Sossong chipped in six kills, a block and eight digs in the Rams’ triumph. Spring-Ford also got strong efforts from Marley Angelucci (21 assists, 2 kills, 3 blocks and 3 digs) and Alana Bricker (17 digs, ace). Caroline Welsh posted nine kills and three blocks and Mianna Ly had 21 digs in a losing effort for Methacton.

Perk Valley remained undefeated on Monday, improving to 9-0 overall and 8-0 in PAC play with a victory over Methacton at Raven’s Claw Golf Course. Alex Hall and Andrew Brendlinger shot even-par 36s, while Jacob Loladze posted a 1-under 37. Clark Roynan (39) and Colby Kosak (40) also produced strong rounds in the win.
Matt Rieger paced the Warriors with a 39, and he was followed by Paul O’Malley (41), Josh Kim (42), Joben Gill (44) and Matt Baldwin (45).

Boyertown picked up a non-league win over CB East on Monday, led by a team-best 42 from Riley Pier.

Divya Patel and Giada Evangelista each shot 52s for the Rams, who fell to Unionville in a Monday non-league match. Devon Armor (53) and Mary Grace Fouke (54) completed the scoring for the Rams.
