In girls’ tennis action, West Chester Henderson blanked Sun Valley, 7-0, in Ches-Mont action Monday. The Warriors’ four doubles teams all won in straight sets without dropping a game. The most competitive match came at No. 2 singles, where Leah Skomorucha topped Alyessa O’Neill 6-2, 6-1.
Water Polo
Malvern goes 1-4 at tournament – At the Battle of the Beltway at the U.S. Naval Academy, the Friars topped Gonzaga (D.C.) 9-7. In addition, Malvern dropped matches against Calvert Hall (Md.) 10-2; Greenwich (Conn.) 26-7; Gilman (Md.) 20-11; and Navy Varsity 24-6.
Drew Geibel amassed 10 goals in the tournament and added two assists and five steals. Connor Treston (seven goals, four assists, seven steals), Jacob Nowoswiat (seven goals, three assists) and Jonathon Richardson (five goals, two steals) also contributed for the Friars (3-7).

Penn State Abington 3, Immaculata 0 – The Mighty Macs fell 12-25, 19-25, 17-25 in non-conference action. Alayah Phifer and Mel Mann each had five kills to lead Immaculata (2-4).
