Evan Hartman’s sacrfice fly in the bottom of the seventh inning lifted Radnor to a 4-3 Central League victory over Marple Newtown on Monday.

Teddy Monahan jumpstarted the rally with a single and advanced to third on Andres Cruz’s ground-rule double. Cruz finished with three hits. His run-scoring triple erased a 3-1 deficit. Blake Havertine recorded the win in relief of Ryan McWilliams, who scattered three runs (two earned) on seven hits while striking out seven in 5.1 innings.

Bennett Cox smacked three doubles and scored a pair of runs for the Tigers. Marple defeated Radnor in walk-off fashion earlier this season.

Elsewhere in the Central League:

Springfield 4, Penncrest 3 >> Springfield ace Sean Williams registered 10 strikeouts in a two-hit complete game. He allowed only one earned run.

Jake Lennon’s two-run single put the Cougars ahead in the second inning. Nick Corse and Michael Turner each had an RBI single in the third.

Gavin Brown hit a two-run double, and Sam Dinitz added an RBI single for the Lions.

Strath Haven 6, Harriton 0 >> All-Delco Luke D’Ancona was dominant on the hill for the Panthers, striking out 12 over six innings. He allowed two hits.

Jake McDonough went 2-for-2 with a double, two walks and two RBIs. Eli Price notched a pair of hits, and Ben Milligan finished 1-for-2 with two ribbies.

Ridley 9, Conestoga 2 >> Chris Kimmel hurled a complete game with four K’s for the Green Raiders. He allowed two earned runs on eight hits.

Danny Stickney (2-for-4) went yard and drove in four runs. Zack Bloom added two base knocks and Bobby Doherty went 1-for-2 with two RBIs. John Teehan scored three times and singled.

Garnet Valley 6, Upper Darby 1 >> Winning pitcher Nick Gordon fanned 11 and gave up a run on three hits over 5.2 innings.

Mark Zuppo had an RBI double and Logan Hamilton singled in two runs for the Jaguars.

In the Ches-Mont League:

Sun Valley 7, Rustin 2 >> Paul Miazza went the distance on the mound for the Vanguards. He allowed six hits and no earned runs while striking out two.

Jackson Messick smashed a three-run homer and Justin Hickman collected two doubles. Will Newnom singled, doubled and homered. Ivano Romaiello, Andrew Baldini and Noah Griffin each produced two hits.

In the Catholic League:

Cardinal O’Hara 9, Neumann-Goretti 6 >> Kevin McGuire belted a homer and doubled to lead the Lions. Brendan Till went 3-for-4 with a double and two runs scored.

Girls Lacrosse

Rylee Hoesch amassed five goals and one assist as Sun Valley defeated Collegium Charter, 13-11, in a nonleague affair.

Luci Damico added four goals and one helper for the Vanguards. Riley Purfield and Anaka Boyd-Volz each pitched in two goals and two assists. Ang Ellis made 12 saves in net.

In the Del Val League:

Chichester 14, Interboro 6 >> Natalia Willoughby and Megan Murray led the Eagles with four goals each.

Boys Lacrosse

Ryan Crowley tied the game with 40 seconds left, and Dillon DiBattista won it in overtime as Cardinal O’Hara downed Hatboro-Horsham, 8-7.

Crowley scored three times. DiBattista and Matt Donohue scored twice. McNichol dished six assists. Nick Hanna made seven saves for the Lions.

In other nonleague action:

Upper Dublin 10, Haverford 3 >> Eamon Breenan, Kristos McKendry and Liam Taylor each netted a goal. Wade Devitis registered 11 saves.
