Dani Baker fired home 13 kills, and Julia Solomon added 12 kills as Ridley swept Marple Newtown, 3-0, in Central League volleyball action Monday.

Solomon also contributed 13 digs. Sam Orlando led the defense with 20 digs. Kyla Carney paired 34 assists with 15 digs for the Green Raiders, who won 25-22, 25-19 and 25-14.

Garnet Valley 3, Conestoga 1 >> Regan Hill tallied 14 kills, and Abigail MacMillan (13 kills) and Cara Furchner (10) joined her in double-figures in a 25-20, 25-27, 25-16, 25-21 decision.

Isabella Tront had seven kills and two blocks. Alicia Higgins dished 43 assists.

Radnor 3, Penncrest 0 >> Lilly Kirkpatrick tallied seven kills and five digs, and Chloe Evans added six kills, but the Lions dropped a 25-17, 25-22, 25-22 decision. Details for Radnor were not reported.

Haverford 3, Strath Haven 0 >> Aislin O’Neill came up with 20 digs and three aces, Lauren McGinn served four aces to go with four kills and Jillian Surkis put down nine kills, but the Panthers fell. Haverford, which prevailed 25-22, 25-18 and 25-20, did not report details.

Lower Merion 3, Springfield 1 >> Claire Udovich had six digs and 10 assists, and Ali Moran and Caroline Kirsch added five kills each as the Cougars fell, 25-21, 26-24, 25-20, 25-21.

Kirsch added four aces, and Moran had two solo blocks.

Field Hockey

Macy Gougler had a hand in four goals as Springfield handled Bonner & Prendergast, 5-0, in a nonleague affair.

Gougler scored twice and added two assists. Evelyn Dunn also scored twice. Kylie Adolph added the other goal, and Charlize Garrett stopped all eight saves to come her way.

Cara Schaffer had 10 saves in goal for the Pandas.

Girls Soccer

Carly Coleman added four goals to her season tally as Cardinal O’Hara routed Little Flower, 6-1.

Lily Marquis and Grace Kalinchak also scored. Ava Hneleski (two saves) and Kaelynn DiEnna (one save) combined on the win in goal.

Also in the Catholic League:

Archbishop Carroll 2, Nazareth Academy 1 >> Olivia Stout scored twice, and Grace Wilson made nine saves in goal to lead the Patriots (12-3, 5-2).

Girls Tennis

Doubles points by the tandems of Mia Matteo and Sophia Simone, and Marvina Gabella and Adrianna Pittoulis led Ridley to a 3-2 nonleague win over Academy Park.

Christina Bin won at second singles for Ridley.

AP picked up a pair of singles points. Destiny Bowman won the first singles match. The match of the day went to Brooklyn McNeely, who outlasted Gabby DeLuca, 6-7 (1), 6-4, 10-4.

In the Inter-Ac League:

Episcopal Academy 6, Penn Charter 1 >> Kamora Helton’s love-and-love win at first singles led the Churchwomen to victory. Avery Morris won at second singles, 6-2, 7-5, and Carter Yearley took the point at third.

Sage Ingle and Velina Feuzue survived a long match at third doubles.

Boys Soccer

Jackson Haseltine scored on a free kick, and Judah Gray scored off a feed from Arjun Lal as The Christian Academy topped Calvary Baptist, 2-0.
