Twin Valley jumped out to an early lead never looked back Friday night at Elizabethtown.

The Raiders kept their perfect record comfortably intact, scoring four rushing touchdowns in the first quarter on their way to a 49-8 win over the winless Bears in a Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 3 game.

Evan Myers scored on runs of 26 and 33 yards in the first quarter, as well as on a 3-yard run in the second quarter for Twin Valley (2-0, 5-0). Ean Winchester had a 4-yard rushing score to make it 14-0, before Jordan Rose scored from 12 yards out in the first.

Drew Engle closed the first half with a 10-yard rushing touchdown to make it 42-0. He ended with 47 rushing yards on eight carries and one catch for 6 yards.

Twin Valley scored through the air in the third quarter when Myers connected with Ben Grundy for a 20-yard receiving touchdown to make it 49-0.

Myers finished with 78 rushing yards and was 13-of-17 passing for 94 yards and the touchdown. Grundy had a team-high 36 receiving yards on four catches.

Evan Johnson ran 11 times for 65 yards for the Raiders and in the process eclipsed 2,000 career rushing yards.

On defense for Twin Valley, Mason Marks and Brendan Yagle each had an interception, and Kyle Kline had a fumble recovery.

The Raiders finished with 304 yards of total offense (213 rushing, 91 passing).

Elizabethtown (0-1, 0-5) scored its touchdown in the fourth quarter.
