Highlights: The Bears won the first seven bouts of the night on Wednesday in a battle for second place in the PAC Liberty Division. Gavin Sheridan, Ryder Gehris and Brent Caprio won by pins for host Boyertown (4-1 Liberty, 14-8 overall). Sam Gautreau, Dean Bechtold and Dillon Bechtold won by falls for the Wildcats (3-2, 13-6).

Highlights: Mia Stock led the Panthers with 13 points in a loss to Germantown Academy. Lauren Patnode scored 12 points and Jaycee Merizalde had 10.

BOYS BOWLING

Daniel Boone 3, Twin Valley 0

Highlights: Evan Miller bowled a 693 series and Patrick Moore a 688 for the Blazers in a Berks Division I match Wednesday at Jay Lanes. Tim Eggert bowled a 575 for the Raiders (5-13 Berks I, 13-26 overall).. Boone (15-3, 41-7) won the team scoring 3,210-2549.

GIRLS BOWLING

Daniel Boone 3, Twin Valley 0

Highlights: The Blazers finished on top of Berks Division I with a sweep Wednesday at Jay Lanes. Julia Maggs bowled a 511 series and Kristin Fitzcharles a 503 for Boone (17-1 Berks I, 44-1 overall). Abby Walker and Taylor Mahers each scored 338 for the Raiders (0-18, 1-35).
