
Taylor Wilson had a game to remember as Archbishop Carroll’s girls basketball team cruised to a 67-49 win over Catholic League foe Neumann-Goretti Thursday night.
Wilson, a West Point commit and All-Delco forward, scored a career-high 30 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. Brooke Wilson added 18 points and 11 boards for the Patriots (9-11, 6-2), who combined for six 3-point field goals.
Freshman Alexis Eberz went 8-for-10 at the free-throw line and finished with 13 points.
Elsewhere in the Catholic League:
Cardinal O’Hara 53, Lansdale Catholic 51 >> The Lions (16-3, 7-1) handed the Crusaders (16-2, 7-1) their first PCL loss of the season.
All-Delco Molly Rullo poured in 20 points and Joanie Quinn had a 16-point performance. Greta Miller (nine points) and Carly Coleman (eight) also played well for O’Hara.
In the Central League:
Garnet Valley 55, Upper Darby 23 >> Kylie Mulholland was on fire early in this one. She scored all 14 of her points in the first quarter and the Jaguars made eight 3-pointers in the first half to run away from the Royals.
Haylie Adamski totaled 13 points and Jordan Daubenberger pitched in with 11. CeCe Jones had 11 points in her final home game for the Royals.
Haverford 50, Ridley 11 >> The Fords (21-0) wrapped up the Central League’s regular season title. As the No. 1 seed, they have earned a first-round bye in the league tournament, which begins next Thursday.
Mollie Carpenter had 11 of her game-high 12 points in the first half. Caroline Dotsey added nine points, while Rian Dotsey and Natalie Wright chipped in with six apiece.
Adria Kitzsinger had six points for the Green Raiders.
Radnor 51, Marple Newtown 48 >> Caroline Monaghan and Kate Gallagher’s 14-point performances helped the Raptors squeak by the Tigers. Mary Sareen pitched in with eight points.
Brooke Impriano carried the Tigers with 14 points. Mary O’Brien and Ellie DiBona each scored nine.
Springfield 55, Strath Haven 31 >> Lexi Aaron paced the Cougars with 12 points. Kaitlyn Kearney and Anabel Kreydt each had 10 in the winning effort.
Sierra Felder led the Panthers with 11 points.
Penncrest 51, Harriton 19 >> The Lions raced out to a 12-2 advantage after the first quarter and never looked back. Alex Bruce scored 12 of her 14 points in the first half.
Bailey Garrison did most of her damage after halftime, tallying 11 of her 14 points. Kathryn Harding added 10 points.
Maddie Bacine scored 12 points for the Rams.
In the Del Val League:
Chester 61, Interboro 44 >> Ja’Mya Muhammad was unstoppable in the paint for the Clippers with 21 points and 20 rebounds. The power forward also recorded six steals and five assists.
Shyne Hall scored a game-high 25 points. The guard also tallied five steals, four assists, four rebounds and a blocked shot. Imani Dorsey accumulated 15 points, 10 rebounds, four steals, three assists and three steals for the Clippers (8-10, 3-4 Del Val).
Alaina D’Angelo netted a team-high 14 points for the Bucs.
