Led the area with 765 yards and 10 TDs, receiving, while adding another 269 rush yards and three additional TDs. Was also voted a first-team defensive back in the National Division.

Listed at 6 feet 5 inches tall, 280 pounds, Abouraya often led the way for Horvath, during his record-breaking season.

OL – Peter Jones, Malvern Prep, Jr.

The Coatesville resident and Notre Dame University recruit is the next in line of a strong lineage of big men from Malvern.

OL – Owen Prysock, Unionville, Sr.

The top-voted offensive lineman in the American Division was a source of stability on a young and trying team.

The West Virginia University commit helped the Whippets to over 170 rush yards per game and made an impact on both sides of the ball.

OL – Kyle VanConia, Coatesville, Sr.

The Red Raiders averaged over 200 rush yards per game and much of that was behind the powerful tackle.

ATH – Harrison Susi, Coatesville, Sr.

A touchback specialist with a season-long 45-yard field goal, Barker is headed to Happy Valley to kick for Penn State University.

Defense

DL – Francisco Hall, Coatesville, Jr.

As disruptive a force as there is in the area, Hall lined up inside and outside and was always in opponents’ backfields.
DL – John Pardo, Kennett, Jr.

A two-way star on the lines, Pardo continually created havoc in the middle with his quickness and power.

DL – Drew Merschel, Conestoga, Sr.

Voted Conestoga’s defensive MVP and first team in the Central League, Merschel was a menace in the middle.

DL – Colin McHugh, Malvern Prep, Sr.

Virtually no one could run against the Friars and McHugh was a big reason why, as a dominant defensive end.

LB – Hayden Pegg, Malvern Prep, Sr.

Was always willing to fire his tall frame into ballcarriers, Pegg had two pick-sixes and has multiple Division 1 offers.

LB – Bobby Mears, Malvern Prep, Sr.

The Friars’ tackling machine, who’s listed at 6-feet, 4-inches, 225 pounds, will head to Linebacker U to play for Penn State.

LB – Sam Barton, Downingtown East, Sr.

A lacrosse star, as well, Barton was in the middle of the Cougars’ run to the District 1 semifinals as a magnet to the ball.

LB – Mitch Ragni, West Chester East, Sr.

An injured hand limited him some on offense, but defense is where Ragni popped, with a fast, downhill pace.

DB – Mike Waite, Downingtown East, Sr.

A three-year starter at safety, Waite was the prototypical leader on defense for the stingy Cougars.

DB – Amir Haskett, Coatesville, Jr.

Doubling as a playmaker at wide receiver, Haskett was one of the more physical tacklers from the cornerback spot.
DB – Daimon Jacobs, West Chester Rustin, Sr.

A fierce hitter who loves to play downhill, Jacobs became more of a ballhawk as a senior and also rushed for over 1,000 yards on offense.

DB – Andrew Pellicciotta, Malvern Prep, Soph.

A star in the making at Malvern, Pellicciotta made a name for himself with his versatility in the run and pass games.
