Barrack Hebrew girls soccer team captures PJAA title

The Barrack Hebrew Academy girls soccer team enjoyed a successful season this fall, capturing the PJAA (Penn Jersey Athletic Association) championships, then advancing to the PAISAA Commonwealth Cup.

After defeating Perkiomen School 4-1 in the PJAA championship final, the Cougars entered the PAISAA Commonwelth Cup with an 8-2 record, scoring 54 goals, while only allowing 11 goals and earning five shutouts. Barrack Hebrew lost the PAISAA Commonwealth Cup  to Mercersburg Academy, 2-0.

The Barrack Hebrew Academy girls’ soccer team included coach Keith Bradburd, Ariel Shavit, tri-captain Eden Singer, Tzofiya Lesack, Mikayla Trajtenberg, Becca Miller, tri-captain Talia Erlbaum, Talia Willner, tri-captain Jenna Ufberg, Chloe Hedaya, Tyler Schwartz, Izzy Sussman, Jena Rose, Sammi Ufberg, Niva Cohen, Noa Singer and assistant coach Aaron Selkow.
