Highlights: Eleven different Upper Perk players contributed to goals in a rout Friday over Schuylkill Valley.
UP goals were by Luke Gerstenberg, Ethan Barr (assist), Christian McGillen, Evan Sands, Jared Van Pelt, Logan Watkins and Theo Deskevich. Jimmy Friedman had two helpers while Matthew Fisher, Mike Kuzckowski, Vin Durrant were also credited with assists.
The Mateo Schneidt-led defense helped Austin Farrington earn a second-straight shutout.
Upper Dublin 4, Methacton 2
Highlights: Three second-half goals from the Cardinals dealt Methacton its first defeat Friday.
Braden Kavanagh (Zach Willen assist) and Zach Willen (Grant Bowman assist) scored for the Warriors.
In goal, UD’s Gabriel Copley made two saves while Methacton’s Cole Webb stopped five shots.

Highlights: Meg McNeel scored the game-winning goal with 38 seconds remaining to lift Upper Dublin over Methacton (0-3-1) Friday. It was McNeel’s second goal after she scored in the first half. Methacton’s goal was by defender Anna Rozinsky on a free kick with 9 seconds left in the first half.
Shots on goal were 12-10 in favor of Methacton. UD keeper Jordyn Levine made 5 saves, while Methacton keepers Mairi Smith and Riley McDonald combined for 8 saves. Each team had 4 corners.

Highlights: After going down 1-0 the Golden Panthers scored five unanswered for their first win of the year. Cameron Schuler (2), Katherine Dawson, Ava Zepp, and Sarah Boyce found the net for PJP. Kyanni Escudero had 4 saves in goal.
Field Hockey
Owen J. Roberts 3, Liberty 1
Highlights: Maddie Tillou’s two goals in the second half boosted OJR over Liberty in non-league play Friday.
Avery Taylor, assisted by Evie Wolters, opened the scoring for OJR but Liberty’s Ellis Corr leveled it before the break. Tillou’s first goal was assisted by Ava Clemson. OJR led in shots (15-5) and corners (7-3).

Highlights: The Vikings won in straight sets, 25-9, 25-12, 25-10 in a PAC match Friday.
