Souderton 71, Bensalem 66 >> Jay Bonnet scored 28 points as the Indians (11-5) picked up another key SOL victory on Tuesday night. Shaun Purvy added 19 for Souderton, while Chris Towsen chipped in with 11. Paul Vince added 6 fourth-quarter points, while Levi John scored all 5 of his points in the final frame as well.

CR North 44, Pennridge 41 >> After managing just 18 points in the first three quarters, the Rams erupted for 23 points behind the play of Ryan Hass and Xavier Peters. Hass finished with 11 points off the bench, including two 3-pointers. Peters finished with 10 points, 9 in the fourth for Pennridge (4-13).

Norristown 39, Perk Valley 38 >> The Eagles took a 36-26 lead into the fourth quarter and held on for the thrilling PAC Liberty win on Tuesday night. DJ Johnson scored 14 points and Zaki Gomez added 11 for the Eagles (7-3, 3-3).

Upper Dublin 58, New Hope-Solebury 32 >> Sophomore Ellis Johnson led the Cardinals with 13 points in a SOL crossover win on Tuesday night. Seaton Kukla, Giffin Pensabene and DJ Cerisier each added 9 points apiece for Upper Dublin (12-4).

Upper Merion 71, Pottsgrove 64 >> The Vikings took a 50-37 lead after three quarters and picked up the PAC win on Tuesday night. Ty Jones led the way for the Vikings with 24 points, including 12-of-15 from the free-throw line. Josh Nyguen chipped in with 14 for Upper Merion (7-7. 5-1).

Methacton 59, Owen J. Roberts 36 >> The Warriors improved to 17-0 with a Senior Night win on Tuesday. Cole Hargrove led all scorers with 27 points, while Brett Byrne chipped in with 14.

Dock 56, Plumstead Christian 47 >> The Pioneers (15-3, 11-0) remained unbeaten in the BAL with the win on Tuesday night behind 23 points from Nathan Lapp as eight different players scored. The Pioneers are at home against Roxborough on Wednesday night.

Morrisville 63, Jenkintown 61 >> The Drakes were outscored 20-14 in the fourth quarter and dropped a heartbreaker on Tuesday night. Jake Hilton paced the Drakes with 30 points, including six 3-pointers.

Souderton 39, Bensalem 28 >> The Indians (14-2) opened the game with a 14-4 run and never let up in a SOL crossover win on Tuesday night. Casey Harter paced Souderton with 16 points, including 10-of-11 from the free-throw line. Erin Bohmueller added 9 points and Teya McConnaha added 4 points, 8 rebounds and 3 blocks.

Perk Valley 64, Norristown 31 >> The Eagles were outscored in every quarter and dropped the PAC contest on Tuesday. Sai Evans paced Norristown with 10 points, while Grace Miley scored 12 for PV.

Plymouth Whitemarsh 65, Lower Moreland 16 >> The Colonials honored their four seniors Lainey Allen, Kaitlyn Flanagan, Fiona Gooneratne and Jordyn Thomas and then rolled to the SOL crossover victory on Tuesday. Allen led the way with 18 points, Thomas added 16 and Flanagan chipped in with 13 for PW (16-0).

Methacton 43, Owen J. Roberts 23 >> The Warriors won their 13th straight in convincing fashion on Tuesday night as Nicole Timko led the way with 13 points. Mairi Smith added 10 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks for Methacton (15-1, 7-0), while Cassidy Kropp chipped in with 9 points.

Upper Merion 44, Pottsgrove 38 >> The Vikings led 42-25 after three quarters and held on for the PAC win on Tuesday night. Riley Anderson paced Upper Merion with 19 points, 15 of which came in the 2nd and third quarters as the Vikings outscored Pottsgrove 35-17 during that span. Devon Maiden also chipped in with 15 for Upper Merion.

Archbishop Carroll 49, Little Flower 16 >> The Patriots rolled to a 31-1 halftime advantage and coasted to the PCL win on Tuesday night. Grace O’Neill paced Archbishop Carroll with 13 pints and Taylor Wilson added 12. Brooke Wilson also chipped in with 10 for Carroll (13-4, 6-0).

Lansdale Catholic 63, St. Hubert 24 >> Gabby Casey and Lauren Edwards each scored 21 points as the Crusaders picked up the PCL win on Tuesday night.

Pennridge 54, CR North 42 >> The Rams (8-8) led 27-25 at the half, but used a 14-5 third-quarter spurt to take control of the SOL crossover contest on Tuesday night. Katie Yoder paced Pennridge with 20 points, while Ella Brown added 10.

Methacton 98, Phoenixville 73 >> Christopher Groff and Tommy Gibbs had big swims as the Warriors picked up the PAC win on Tuesday. Groff won the 100 free (48.30) and 200 free (1;46.60), while Gibbs won the 200 IM (2:01.27) and 100 fly (51.66). Gibbs was also a part of the winning 200 medley relay (1:43.42.8), while Groff was a poart of the 200 free relay (1:41.97.8).

Souderton 102, Plymouth Whitemarsh 82 >> Drew Stephens was the only double-winner for the Indians, taking first in the 50 free (21.92) and 100 breast (1:05.16) as Souderton picked up the SOL crossover win on Tuesday. Also winning races for Souderton (6-5-1) were William Stanczewski (200 free, 1:51.31), Alex Martin (Diving, 257.60), Robbier Ferlick (100 fly, 55:03), Logan Freed (100 free, 52.81) and Abraham Bleazzard (100 back, 58.16). Winning races for PW were Aidan Smith 200 IM (2:16.51) and Riley Coyle (500 free, 5:04.63),

Girls swimming
Methacton 115, Phoenixville 68 >> Hannah Taylor picked up a win in the 50 free (26.68) and the Warriors’ depth carried them to the win on Tuesday. Taylor was also a part of the winning 200 free relay in 1:46.70. Truly Sommer also took a first-place finish in the 100 fly (1:04.91) and was a part of the winning 400 free relay (4:04.86), along with Sophia Leber, Amanda Tsai and Madison Wimmer.

Souderton 110, Plymouth Whitemarsh 71 >> With Abby Burns and Mikayla Scardino leading the way, the Indians coasted to the SOL crossover win on Tuesday. Abby Burns won the 200 free (2:01.97) and 100 fly (1:00.54), while Scardino took first in the 50 free (25.32) and 100 free (55.43). Jessica Burns also won the 200 IM in 2:14.67. Also winning races for Souderton were Taylor Avery (Diving, 221), Anna Stauffer (500 free, 5:26.96) and Morgan James (100 back, 1:03.44). Abigail Edwards led PW by taking first in the 100 breast (1:19.21).

Wissahickon 94, CB West 91 >> A tight meet throughout came down to the final race and the Trojans 400 free relay of Sarah Pickel, Bernice Fu, Ava Walters and Maddie Johnson picked up the win and a District 1 consideration time as well. Other meet highlights for the Trojans included wins from Pickel (100 free, 200 free), Maddie Johnson (200 IM, 100 breast), Regan Santoro (diving), Fu (500 free), the 200 free relay (Walters, Rachel Le, Fu, Pickel), Walters (100 back).

North Penn 4, Abington 0 >> Lucas Francis paced the Knights again with a 277-235-224-736 series on Tuesday night. Teammates also rolling were Ryan Baker (636 series, high game 233) and Naman Parikh (596 series, 227 high game). The Ghosts high roller was Eoghan Anderson with games of 144-156-187-487 series. High game for the team was a 190 from Rogan Anderson.

Girls bowling
Abington 3, North Penn 1 >> The Knights picked up their first game of the season, defeating the Ghosts by 55 pins with a high team score of 575. That game included two bowlers rolling their highest game of the year in Ashlyn Hellman (119) and Emily Yun (124). Seoyeon Lee was the high roller for the Knights on the day with a 392 series. Tori Bone paced Abington with a 188-180-186-554 series.
