North Penn 66, Chichester 12 >> The Knights picked up a big win at the Quakertown Duals behind seven pins on Saturday. Recording the wins by fall for the Knights were Jaden Stahl at 120, Wyatt Miller at 132, Michael Cliver at 138, Joseph Morrow at 145, William Morrow at 152, Nick Ray at 160, Dylan Verway at 172 and Devon Pinkert at 285.

East Stroudsburg North 39, Hatboro-Horsham 30 >> The Hatters won four bouts but dropped the match at the CB East Duals on Saturday. Winning by fall for Hatboro-Horsham were Ryan Allgeier at 113, Orion Newell at 126 and Andy Alameda-Guzman at 215.

Hatboro-Horsham 40, Wissahickon 36 >> The Hatters picked up a win over their SOL Liberty rivals on Saturday at the CB East Duals. The Hatters picked up four wins by pins. Recording the takedowns were Orion Newell at 126, Chris Staub at 132, Brady Pagano at 172 and Ryan Allgeier at 106. Winning by fall for the Trojans were Jackson Prince at 160, Tyler Prince at 215 and Ryan Lee at 285.

Hatboro-Horsham 48, Oley Valley 17 >> The Hatters picked up five wins by fall and coasted to the win on Saturday. Winning by fall for the Hatters were Orion Newll at 126, Chris Staub at 132, Joe Martini III at 152, Brady Pagano at 172 and Hunter Long at 189.

Boys Basketball

Bensalem 81, Wissahickon 60 >> The Trojans (9-6) ran into a red-hot Bensalem team Saturday and came up short. Aaron Sanders was on fire for the Owls, finishing with 31 points. Josh Twersky led Wiss with 17 points, while Dom Vacchiano added 16.

Reading 64, Archbishop Wood 58 >> Jalil Bethea scored 11 of his team-high 13 points in the first half as the Vikings hung tough in the first half. Reading pulled away in the second half, outscoring Wood 34-28. Justin Moore also chipped in with 10 points for Wood.

Upper Dublin 52, Central Bucks East 48 (OT) >> The Cardinals (11-4) pulled out the victory in overtime. Upper Dublin was led by junior DJ Cerisier with 15 points, who also hit two late free throws to close out the win. Seaton Kukla added 13 points for Upper Dublin.

Mount Calvary Christian 47, Jenkintown 45 >> The Drakes trailed by 8 entering the fourth quarter before almost pulling out the comeback on Saturday. Jake Hilton and Tommy Walsh led the comeback with 17 and 16 points respectively.

Indoor Track

Wissahickon at Alvernia >> The Wissahickon girls gndoor track team competed in their 5th DVGTCA Meet of the season at Alvernia University this past Friday evening. Several team members earned medals in their respective events and also qualified for the Meet of Champions. Laila Cottom placed 6th in the 400 meters with a season best time of 62.59 seconds. The 4×200 meter relay team consisting of Laila, Mila Jovanovic, Emma Jovanovic and Jess Palish also ran their best time of the season (1:51.08) and placed 4th. The team will compete again next Friday evening January 28th at Lehigh University.
