Great Valley baseball coach Matt Schultz steps down

One of the finest and most dedicated scholastic head baseball coaches has resigned his post. Great Valley head coach Matt Schultz is stepping down as leader of the Patriots.
Schultz has been at Great Valley since 1999 and he indicated, while this is a tough decision, he wanted to watch his son, a 10th grader at Downingtown East, play his high school career.
Schultz’ Great Valley teams were always very well prepared and never beat themselves and were always a factor in the ChesMont American Division and on the District 1 playoff scene.
