Inter-Ac Players to Watch in 2019

Malcolm Folk
Running Back | Episcopal Academy

The junior already has an offer from Army and is skilled at running and catching the ball. He had 16 receptions for 186 yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore. His has good size (6-1, 180) for a safety and has been clocked in 11.21 seconds in the 100-meter dash.

Matt Bush
Middle Linebacker | Episcopal Academy

The 6-0, 200-pound senior has good size and speed. Bush led the team in tackles a year ago and earned second-team All Inter-Ac League honors. He is the anchor of a defense that strong at linebacker and in the secondary. Bush also a member of the track team.

Hans Lillis
Tightend | Germantown Academy

The 6-foot-5 225-pound tight end is heading to Boston College next year. Lillis can run, block, catch everything and play about five different positions on offense. His size and skillset should give QB Jordan Longino a reliable target all season long.

Shane Harkins
Defensive Back | Germantown Academy

The 6-foot 180-pound safety brings a hard-hitting mentality to the GA defense. Harkins is a four-year starter who has played every game since ninth grade. He’s a smart leader on campus and on the field. He’ll miss some tackles going for a big hit, but he’ll make opponents think twice about coming into his area.

Dante Perri
Quarterback | Haverford School

The 6-1, 186-pound senior threw for 623 yards and five touchdowns while sharing the QB duties with Ben Gerber last season. He’s ready to take the reins as the starter.

Kwaku Adubofour
Lineman | Haverford School

The 6-2, 256-pound senior is a three-sport athlete who combines brawn with brains. He has a 3.9 GPA, 4.7 weighted for honor roll classes. Adubofour’s skills as a wrestler have proved beneficial on the offensive and defensive lines.

Lonnie White
Quarterback | Malvern Prep

White will be making his debut as the quarterback starter, but the 6-foot-2 junior is expected to be one of the area’s top dual-threat signal callers this fall.

Caimin Hayes
Defensive Back | Malvern Prep

Nobody in the area had more than Hayes’ seven interceptions in 2018. He is expected to get more snaps on offense this season.
