
Drew Stover went off in the third quarter, scoring 20 of his 38 points in the the period as Upper Dublin ended a two-game losing streak with a 70-59 win over Pottstown Thursday at the Great Valley Tournament.
Stover made 19 two-point field goals for the Cardinals (5-3, 1-2 SOL American), who face West Chester Henderson in the tournament final 7 p.m. Friday. Brian Klammer added nine points for UD.
Donovan Towson, Jusaun Jones, Floyd Dashiell each scored 10 points to pace Pottstown (4-4, 1-2 PAC Frontier), which lost its second straight.
Souderton 38, Upper Darby 34 >> Andrew Vince led Souderton with 13 points, Mekhi Williams finished with 11 points as the Indians held off Upper Darby at the West Chester Rustin Winter Classic.
Souderton (3-5, 0-3 SOL Continental), which ended a two-game losing streak, faces host Rustin 7 p.m. Friday. Kymir Roper had a game-high 16 points for Upper Darby.
Dock Mennonite 50, Chester Charter 45 >> Jackso Scialanca scored 13 of his game-high 20 points in the first half, Nolan Bolton chipped in 14 points and Dock Mennonite (5-2, 2-0 BAL Presidents) advanced to face Central Bucks East in the Dock Holiday Tournament championship 7:30 p.m. Friday.
Central Bucks East 65, Dobbins 48 >> Nick Roggio posted a game-high 29 points as Central Bucks East pulled away in the second half for a win at the Dock Holiday Tournament.
Le0 Masterson posted 18 points for the Patriots (6-1, 2-1 SOL Continental), who won their third straight.
Manheim Township 69, Germantown Academy 64 >> Jordan Longino paced Germantown Academy with 27 points but Manheim Township’s Tyler Crespo collected a game-high 34 points as the Blue Streaks rallied in the second half for the win at the State College Holiday Tournament.
Brian Basile added 20 points for the Patriots (5-4), who had its two-game win streak snapped. Both Longino and Basile connected on five 3-pointers. Tyler Vicidomini chipped in 20 points for Manheim Township.
