Reporter Area Ice Hockey Wrap: GA skates past Lower Merion

Germantown Academy opened Tuesday night’s game with a five-goal burst to quickly gain control and went on to an 8-4 victory over Lower Merion.

The teams each had a score early in the second period and then GA tacked on two more to go up 8-3 after two and put the game away.
Jake Landmesser led all scorers with four points for the Pats. Also, junior Tyler Dolan and freshman Moseley Schwartz each had strong games on defense and made good decisions to contribute to the victory.
Zachary Thurlow, Conor O’Neil and Mark Dobson provided some tremendous puck support throughout the game and each added a few helpers.
