Hill School falls to Peddie, drops third straight

After starting the season with two consecutive wins, the Hill School football team has quickly hit a skid.
The Blues dropped their third consecutive game of the season Saturday — a 48-7 loss against Peddie School in both team’s Mid-Atlantic Prep League opener.
The Hill trailed 21-0 at the half, before Peddie put together a 20-point third quarter to really create some separation.
Peddie improves to 3-1 overall (1-0 MAPL) as a result of the win. The Hill drops to 2-3 (0-1 MAPL) so far on the season.
Through their previous three losses, the Blues are now being outscored 106-40, a stark contrast from how the season began. The Hill will look to get back on track Saturday at 2 p.m. when Hun School will visit for Parents weekend.
