Mercury girls lacrosse roundup: PJP edges Upper Perk to advance to PAC-10 playoffs
Pope John Paul II 12, Upper Perkiomen 10 >> Monica Rapchinski led the way with a game-high five goals as the Golden Panthers secured a trip to their second consecutive PAC-10 Final Four appearance.
Behind Rapchinski, Kylie Cherneskie and Grace Cobaugh chipped in two goals apiece while Abby McMenamin (five assists), Lauren Bello (two assists) and Reiley Cotter each scored once. Kenzie Gebhardt and Hope Flack led Upper Perk with three goals apiece while Morgan Rynn had a score and an assist.
