Ciampi leads the way in sweep for Notre Dame

Alessandra Ciampi won the 100 and 300 hurdles and ran a leg on the 4 x 100 relay as the Notre Dame track team claimed Inter-Ac League wins of 77-37 over Agnes Irwin and 89-16 over Baldwin Monday.

Mikala Schneider (800 and 1,600), Aliya Stokes (100 and 200) and Caroline O’Keefe (long and triple jump) also notched a pair of wins each for the Irish.

Agnes Irwin’s Sophia Tornetta won the 3,200 as the Owls were buoyed by wins in the field by Sophia Lindner in the high jump and Nishia Bhagat in the shot put.
