Averie Florschutz’s overtime goal led Kennett’s girls soccer team to the 3-2 victory over Great Valley in Ches-Mont League American Division play on Thursday afternoon.

Florschutz buried the game-winning goal after receiving a pass from Codie Armitage. Florschutz led the Blue Demons with two goals. Claire Dawyot also scored for Kennett and Ella Kirk and Molly Mink each tallied assists.

Courtney Stevens and Cassidy Hoops scored for the Patriots.
