Perkiomen Valley  2, Pennridge 0 >> First-half goals by Ali Devers and Sydney Marasco  fueled the Vikings’ non-league victory over the Rams in their season opener.

Devers broke the deadlock, scoring through traffic off  Marasco’s corner kick. Marasco then added a goal of her own when Taylor Reiff found a pocket of space to play her into a breakaway.

Riley Hill needed to make just five saves off eight touches to record the shutout.
