The Perkiomen Valley girls soccer team picked up a 1-0 win over Methacton in a Pioneer Athletic Conference Liberty Division matchup on Saturday.
Nikki Foller-Moll picked up the game’s lone goal, scoring off a through ball from Sydney Marasco in the 12th minute while Riley Hill secured the win with a three-save performance in goal.
With the win, the Vikings improve to 8-4-1 in PAC play and will await the results of Monday’s game between Pope John Paul II (8-4-0 PAC) and Upper Perkiomen to find out if they’ll have a spot in Tuesday’s PAC Final Four.

Ally Cowan got the visiting Red Raiders on the board in the 22nd minute, scoring what proved to be the match-winning goal. The score remained 1-0 for the next 53 minutes until Nicole Angellini added an insurance tally for Hun in the 75th minute. Hill keeper Marah Krick stopped four shots in the loss, while her Hun counterpart, Leah Stuphen, stopped all three shots she faced.
