Recap

In the season opening, The Hill Girls Lacrosse team traveled to Princeton Day School to compete in a nonconference matchup.

From the opening whistle, Hill dominated possession of the ball and the draw control. This was key to Hill’s victory and showed the grit that this team has to control the game. Team chemistry across the field was key to see, as defense held PDS to only 2 goals in the first half and the attack had 8 different goal scorers with 8 assisted goals.

Jordan Hower ’20, Jess Ciarrocchi ’20, and Logan Clouser ’21 all scored their first Hill career goals in Hill’s 17-7 win. In net, Mariah Sweeney ’19 played a solid game holding the powerful attack of PDS to only 7 goals. Great Hill chemistry all over the field contributed to this win.
