Jones leads Spring-Ford past Methacton; Perkiomen Valley comes back to defeat Boyertown

Perkiomen Valley 14, Boyertown 13 >> Paige Tyson netted a game-high five goals to lead the Vikings past the Bears in their PAC Liberty Division contest.

Anna Koniencki and Sydney Marasco came up with hat tricks to help PV rally from a 10-7 halftime deficit. Boyertown’s Sydney Fox shared game scoring honors with Tyson with five goals of her own.

Spring-Ford 15, Methacton 12 >> Camryn Jones led the Rams with five goals and two assists while Liv Yeagle posted a hat trick as Spring-Ford downed the Warriors in a Liberty Division contest.

Mackenzie Doyle added two goals in the win with Anja Sweeney (two assists), Lauren Mensch, Michaela Haney, Cassie Marte (two assists) and Jill Quigley adding a goal apiece. Kamille Ward provided 14-save goaltending.

Methacton was led by three goals from Alana Cardaci. Jackie Cerchio (four assists), Anna Price, Julie Byrne and Sydney Tornetta each scored twice. Rachel O’Toole stopped 16 shots in the loss.

Pottsgrove 14, Pottstown 5 >> Brooke Saylor had a game-high six goals to key the Falcons’ PAC Frontier Division victory over the Trojans.

Emily Williams chipped in with four goals, and Mya Krueger headed the Pottsgrove defense with 10-save goaltending. Emme Wolfel scored two goals to lead Pottstown, which got seven-save goaltending from Reilly Owens.

Neshaminy 14, Daniel Boone 8 >> Ashley Bonetz’s four-goal showing was the highlight for the Blazers in their non-league loss to the Redskins.
