Westtown came out flat to the Peddie Falcons in the first half, scoring just 23 points.  After the break, the one-two punch of Amaya Douglas and Jojo Lacey rallied the Moose and the two juniors combined for 10 of Westtown’s 14 points in the third quarter. Senior Emma Diaz racked up 10 of Westtown’s 21 points in the fourth.  Senior Halle Brown contributed 3 assists, 3 rebounds, and 3 steals. Also for Westtown, Seniors Ashley Ochefu pulled down 2 rebounds and Maya Torpey hustled for 3 steals.

 

Westtown’s record is now 16-4 overall.  The Moose enjoy a week long break while the 4th seed for the Friends’ league is determined this Friday. Westtown’s next game is away versus Abington Friends in a Friends’ League Semi Finals match. Westtown sits in 3rd place in the league at 6-2.
