Abington opened the season with a 4-0 Suburban One League non-confernece win over Cheltenham.
Kaila Brown opened scored at 20:36 in the first half after a passing play from Brianna Jameson and Samantha McGee. McGree scored eight minutes later while Brown gave the Galloping Ghosts a 3-0 halftime lead.
McGree collected the final goal of a Jameson assist with 6:54 left.
Alyssa Herman made two saves for the shutout. Cheltenham’s keeper made 15 saves.
