Nick Jannelli’s two goals in the first half proved the difference as the Cougars edged the Vikings in a nonleague contest. Maxx Drumm scored what would turn out to be the game-winner in the 72nd minute to lead the Cougars (3-1).

Chris Fiore had a role in both of PV’s goals, registering a goal in the 27th minute and assisting on Kyle Bessette’s goal in the 79th minute. Nick DeSola made 11 saves in goal.
