Trent Davis and Griffin Wada found the back of the net as The Haverford School bounced back from a midweek draw with a 2-0 nonleague boys soccer victory over the Landon School Sunday.
A combination from Zach Seaman and Will Micheletti set up Davis, who beat a defender to give the Fords (5-0-1) a 1-0 lead.
Wada was taken down in the box after strong play in the middle of the field from Luke Macaione and Mitchell Hark. Wada calmly converted the penalty kick to extend the advantage to 2-0.
