Mercury-Area Roundup: Boyertown gets back on track, tops Norristown

Boyertown 3, Norristown 0 >> Will Schul had a goal and an assist as the Bears got back on track in a PAC Liberty Division win.
Alex Kidwell and Erik Recke also scored while assists were credited to Sam Marks and Sal Marciante.

Methacton 0, Perkiomen Valley 0, OT >> Methacton’s Matthew Kenwood and Perkiomen Valley’s Andrew Daubenspeck couldn’t be beaten as the Warriors and Vikings settled for a scoreless draw.
Kennwood made three saves while Daubenspeck stopped four shots for his fourth shutout of the season. Methacton out-shot PV 7-5.

Pottsgrove 2, Pope John Paul II >> Germann Larmond, assisted by Jacob Spotts, put Pottsgrove up 11 minutes in before Ethan Pace, on an assist from Brian Interiano, put the Falcons up 2-0 close to halftime en route to the PAC win.

Hill School 2, Haverford School 0 >> After a scoreless first half, Alex Tullman finished a through ball from Bo Dlamini in the 48th minute and then Tullman returned the favor to Ryan Wallace three minutes later to put The Hill up on host Haverford School. The Blues outshot the Fords 10-4 with Hill keeper Aiden Perry being asked to make just one save.
