Gregory scores twice to send Haverford School into semifinals

Connor Gregory kept No. 2 seed Haverford School rolling in the PAISAA tournament, scoring twice to go with an assist to lead the Fords to a 4-0 win over No. 7 Malvern Prep in the quarterfinals Tuesday.

The win sets the Fords (16-2-2) up with a semifinal date at home Thursday against Mercersburg Academy. No. 3 seed Mercersburg booked its ticket with a 6-0 win over No. 6 Penn Charter Tuesday.

Shane Bradley and Dan Lyons also scored for Haverford School, while Conor Bradley, Jimmy Tricolli and Grant Yu chipped in assists. Quinn Letter kept the Fords’ 14th clean sheet of the season with two saves in goal.
