Second-half surge sinks Episcopal

On balance, the effort from the Episcopal Academy boys soccer team was solid Wednesday.

The only problem: They had no answer for Hill School’s Mark Forrest.

Forrest scored twice after halftime to send No. 4 seed Hill School past No. 13 EA in the first round of the Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association Tournament.

Matt Freese made five saves for EA (9-9-5), which wraps up its regular season slate against Haverford School Saturday.
