
Pottsgrove 2, Pope John Paul II 1 >> Skylar Glass’ goals in each half were enough to lift the Falcons past the Golden Panthers in a PAC Frontier game Friday.
Lexi Zook and Hannah Phillips assisted on Glass’ goals while goalie Summer Walker made six saves. For PJP, Mary Kate Shannon scored via assist from Lainey Owens. Goalie Stacy Kormos had five stops.
Phoenixville 5, Pottstown 1 >> Gabrielle Perrotto had a hat trick and Leeza Galli had a goal and an assist to lead Phoenixville to a 5-1 win over Pottstown in PAC Frontier Division action.
Morgan Beatty also added a goal for the Phantoms (2-1-1 overall, 2-0-0 PAC Frontier Division), while Grazzia Dise-Carranza and Ella Stout combine to make three saves in goal.
Calista Daye accounted for Pottstown’s lone goal. Goalie Emme Wolfel had nine saves.
Owen J. Roberts 2, Boyertown 0 >> Sarah Kopec and Veronica Roach scored first-half goals to give the Wildcats a PAC Liberty win that was called with 11:39 to play due to lightning.
Perkiomen Valley 9, Norristown 0 >> Madison Rheel, Maggie Sell and Courtney Lawson headed the Vikings’ potent offense as they rolled the Eagles in PAC Liberty Division play.
Rheel, Sell (two assists) each scored twice for PV en route to a 6-0 first-half advantage. Nikki Foller-Moll, Joanna Gorrell and Kat Kelly added solo tallies while Cassidy Polignano had four assists of her own.
Upper Perkiomen 2, Upper Merion 0 >> The Tribe scored in each half and Hannah Landis handled all four shots she faced in a PAC Frontier win.
Upper Perk got an early goal from Bryanna Marinari (Kaitlyn Mundy assist) and added an insurance score in the 60th minute by Samantha Kozminski (Hannah Keeney assist). Jordyn Skidds made 11 saves for Upper Merion.
