Hill School breezes Germantown Friends School in PAISAA opener

The Hill School girls lacrosse team jumped all over Germantown Friends School on the way to a 13-4 win in the opening round of the Pennsylvania Independent Schools Athletic Association (PAISAA) playoffs.

The Blues scored the first four goals of the game and outscored the Tigers 8-0 during the second half to seal the win.

Bree Gorman notched a hat trick while solo tallies were scored by Tatum Eccleston, Janet Chen, Eileen Carmichael (two assists), Ally Maner, Erin Kelly, Hannah Spease and Amanda Dupell. Annie Carroll and Mariah Sweeney spent time in goal to pick up the win.

It was the current crop of seniors’ first win at the PAISAA level.
