Hyland reaches 100 career hits, gets seven RBIs for Haverford School

Bryan Hyland became the newest member of The Haverford School’s 100-hit club.

Hyland, a Cornell commit, reached the milestone with a three-run home run in the first inning of the Fords’ 16-5 pasting of Conestoga.

Hyland had a career day at the plate. He finished with two home runs, a double and seven RBIs.

Tommy Toal went 3-for-3 with a walk and four runs scored for the Fords, while Dave Hogarth, Jameer Nelson and Logan Keller each collected two hits. Calvin Costner pitched three innings to get the win.
