Phoenixville downs Interboro in double OT

Phoenixville 10, Interboro 9 >> The Phantoms were extended to a second overtime period before edging Interboro in their non-league pairing.

Derek Bullotta scored six goals to lead Phoenixville while goalie Tim Bateman made a few miraculous saves in overtime to keep the score tied.

Spring-Ford 18, Norristown 1 >> Jarrod Marenger and Brad Hart netted hat tricks to lead the Rams’ offense in their PAC romp over the Eagles, which gave head coach Kevin Donnelly his 200th career victory with the program.

Spring-Ford got offensive contributions from 18 players, Tate Pijanowski with pairs of goals and assists. Norristown scored in the fourth quarter to avert the shutout.

Donnelly, in his 14th year heading the Spring-Ford boys program, will be recognized for his achievement prior to Thursday’s game with Methacton.

Hill School 16, Blair Ac. 1 >> Chase Taylor, Nolan Smith and midfielder Wes Middy contributed offensively to the Blues’ fourth Mid-Atlantic Prep League victory of the season against visiting Blair.
