Wentzel, Boyertown cruise past Phoenixville

Boyertown 15, Phoenixville 1 >> The Bears built a 13-1 halftime advantage and cruised to a victory in PAC play.

Hannah Wenztel scored a game-high four goals for Boyertown, which also got two-goal performances from Sydney Fox (five assists), Ashley Dierolf and Haydn Hallman. Kate Kada finished with four groundballs with Amanda Diachynsky adding three groundballs.

Becca Lewis scored for Phoenixville.

Upper Perkiomen 17, Norristown 3 >> Mackenzie Gebhardt’s hat trick headed a potent offensive for the Indians as they rolled over the Eagles in PAC play.

UP got two-goal outings from Hope Flack, Courtney Bauer, Grace Lehman (one assist) and Aiyi Young, with Lauren Weeks, Erika Boyer, Liz Fox, Casey Smoll, Michaela Greczek and Leah Marks each scoring once. Brihanna McIntyre (two) and Ashley Schools did the scoring for Norristown.

Upper Moreland 13, Upper Merion 5 >> Molly Wegand scored twice to lead the Vikings in a non-league loss to their former Suburban One League foe.

Francesca Lindelow added a goal and an assist with Riley O’Malley and Allison Shuster each scored a goal.
